Postcodes served: twelve zones between Marble Arch and St James's

The account covers a compact stretch of central London, and this page is its map in words. Below it sit twelve zone pages, each naming the hotels companions walk into, the nearest stations and the usual 30 to 45 minutes from confirmation to your door. One rate ladder and one set of terms apply across all of them. Hotels appear on those pages as places a companion arrives at, never as partners; none holds any agreement with the account, and none is required.

Clause 02

The core, W1K and W1J

Mayfair is the account's own district. Around it lie Park Lane, its hotels facing the park; Grosvenor Square and its mansion blocks; Berkeley Square, where tables run late; and Green Park and Piccadilly along the southern edge. Bond Street is W1S on paper and Mayfair in every way that counts. Unsure of your postcode? The W1K and W1J index sorts the addresses.

Clause 03

The edges, served the same way

South of Piccadilly, St James's carries SW1Y and SW1A, the quarter of clubs and small hotels. North west, Marble Arch stands in W1H and Hyde Park opens out towards W2. East, Piccadilly Circus takes in the theatre exits of W1D. All four carry the same figures as the core.

Clause 04

An address with no page of its own

No page does not mean no visit. Every address in travel Zones 1 and 2 is inside the fee, so Knightsbridge, Marylebone, Belgravia and Kensington are reached as a matter of course. Further out, the taxi fare both ways is quoted before you confirm, and Heathrow or Gatwick bookings run to three hours at least, with the journey counted inside them.
